Biddeheaven endeavors to shine a light upon the little things that make our lives worth living. We love art & design — we’ll stop the car for a good piece of public art, some progressive architecture, or even a tasteful bit of typography. We love books & writers — words are our water in a desert: we cherish them and, often, the people who create them. We love food & travel — what more needs to be said, really?
And then there is our fair hamlet of Biddeford. Have you ever seen a small, dirty dog with some funky hair, maybe patches of it missing…but it’s wearing one of those white cones on its neck from vet? So, you feel sorry for the little dog and you say, “Hey there, fella,” and you reach out to pet it. And what does it do but bite your hand!
Well, that dog is Biddeford.
But we love it anyway. And some days, it even curls up in our lap and tells us — in its subtle way — that it loves us, too.
